i think sin living standard are getting higher now...

from the news last night.. cab fare's goin to increase again from 17 dec 07 onwards... a big jump
from 2.50 to 2.80 & CBD surcharge from $1 to $3... so much right

well i need to cut down on taking cabs now..

they haven even solve the shortage of cabs during peak hours & yet now increase the price... mad ..

imagine can wait for taxi for 1 hr at vivo city at 9pm .... all the cabs comes in are all on call ... taxi co or LTA should hv this ruling tat says no booking of cabs during peak hours...
if not its being unfair to those in the Q for taxi...
cos need to pay another surcharge for booking of cabs,,, which is $3 //
but if u dun call for cabs think u will hv to wait till 11pm then can get a cab in city area like taka, plz sin etc///

Finally recovered from my illness but doc say my " fei" & " wei" no gd cannot drink cold drinks... which means i hv to stop drinking my fav drink " coke" which i tink i can only cut down but not totally dun take cold drinks////

experience gained

time passes so fast , here i am back from my 3 weeks vacation . Hv visited Melbourne, Sydney & brisbane...

Weather in Mel & syd were great... so cooling feel so gd.but hot in bris just like weater in sin but night time windy.

I like the buildings structure in mel, bery nice .I hv also seen many old couples holdings hands strolling in the street which i din see so often in sin. Their lifestyle bery slow but not in syd.
They value family time , will see familes brings kids out during weekends .

Hv went to many tourist attractions like

12 Apostles
Syd Opera House
Darling Harbour
Philipp Island
Sea & Movie worlds and many more
A real gd experience for me

My next long trip will be in 2009 to New Zealand during winter time.

am leaving tmr... finally after a long wait

finally tmr is my departure day to melbourne..hv make internet check in last 9 but din manage to change to seats cos its a full load flight & also many ppl hv check in earlier than me so no choice got to bear w it for 8 hrs /// i wanted alise seats cos easier to go toilet/// ha ha bladder problem

oh went to dempsey hill for dnr last 9.... so many expensive cars there.... & also seems like its a happening place but food we had so so only... had dinner at tis rest call " harry's " the combo platter so big portion & we did not order other main course & we are full liao... ha ha

will update more when i come back from my trip... here i wish Sharon & Standrick a happy marriage , they gettin married in oct but i cun attend the ceremony...

so after he say tat.. i tink i am lucky & glad to hv leave tat place fast lor... imagine wasted my 2 yrs there.. now am btr in my new working environment...

so ended up i say " its fine i dun wan the $$$ anymore cos i dun wan hv any more dealings w u & i hang up the phone...

i did a gd/bad thing last fri , waited for bus no 61 from south bridge rd for 20 mins then finally bus came but bery pack , only a few can board the bus... i was at the back of the Q. so i walk away to see if there's any space , to my surprise the standing space at the back of the car was empty/// so i board the bus from the back... after abt 5mins, all of us finally board the bus but the bus driver din start the bus cos he askin me to get down of the bus & board from the front... i say to him" is there any space for me to board?? so really no space at the front.. he says yes there is ..
i went down cos i know he sure ask me get down one, i purposely do tat...
so i went to the front but i din not board cos still no space... so i bery angry & annoyed & shouted " hello can u all move to the back , there's plenty of space behind so others can board at the next stop" no body moved in.. wat's happening to all those ppl ... is it so diff to move in...
so imagine the bus stopped at the bus stop for abt 8mins... so i no choice got up & squeeze myself to the middle of the car then also no one moves to the back...when reach another bus stop many ppl waiting to board... so i again ask the others to move to the back , really no one moves... how come all those ppl dun wan to move in??? is it so diff to move in..
was angry cos the driver ask me get down instead of asking ppl to move in... anyway am goin to make a complaint to TIBS abt this drive, i hv taken down the car plate no...

i really cannot believe my ears man.... wat nonsense is this person talking abt no professional at all...

sms someone 9am on thu abt some$$$ issues but no reply till today.. send another sms to him still no reply no choice to call him cos i hv checked w someone tat he is in town...

its goes" hey xxxxx, its chris, call regarding my 2 smses to u yday & today on my bal $$$ , when can i get from u" reply was . only when teach new person then i will gv.... but problem is tat when will the new gal be coming???? if she comes in Dec then i can only get in dec.... its suppose to be paid in aug....i say can only hold back for 2 weeks & today its the 15th day///

new environment

4th day in my new work.... so far so gd..collegues ok...all males.... wa ha ha so ma the only flowers among thr thorns..

oh its a mulit nation co... we hv ppl from UK, finland, haerbin, philippiness, japan & of course i from singapore...
now am collecting infos & key into database for the website...hv to finish by 21sep b4 i go for my holidays..

oh 1 thing for sure i will lost weight working here cos office on 3rd floor then no life cos its a shophouse unit... ha ha gd la & finally got the chance taking trains in the peak hours... really so pack .... hv to stand all the way to tj pagar man...but its ok.... hv to get use to it...oh also another thing is tat i need to wake up at 7.30am now... oh so sleepy every am..

Joey also started new work on the same day as me... hope she is doin fine..
i instant her yday tat i say i miss the time when we blot face together cos we use to do it together everyday after lunch in old office...

Am back but leaving again

Am back from mt 3d2n BKK trip w my other 2 sec school mates.... my last trip to bkk is in 2002 tink so ha ha.. short memory.. suppose to meet sharon there but we did not shop till 1 4get to call her... sorry hor sharon.. meet up soon for a drink b4 u become mRs Tan..

The place still the same but now more shopping places to go.. new places i hv went is The Platinium shopping mall & Suan Lom Night Mkt...

Platinium more things to buy... 1st day half day there my shopping bag already full.. ha ha
Din get to go eat Sharks fins cos my frds not in favour but am a bit piss off w them cos they keep eating restaurant... if we save on eating then could hv buy more things liao..next time need to tell them in advanve 1st only 1-2 meals eat rest will do if not not worth goin there liao..
its suppose to be a shopping trip but why need to spend so much on eating leh.. to me eat foodcourt or street food will do la... sign... anyways its over la..

Am happy for those things i hv bought.... there are more tings tat i wanted to buy but din cos no more $$$ liao... hee hee


now looking forward for my 18d17n aust trip... will be goin to Mel,Syd & Brisbane...

when is the happiest time tat i had.... cun really think of it..
could it be childhood time or working life or could it be courtship time? i really duno..

in fact i think it should be childhood time... so carefree.. the only thing to be afraid is exam time.. i guess many of us fear exams..
when we become older, things are getting more complicated.. work life & also r/s thing. arghhhhhh ... how can i make my life less complicated..

I hv changed my last day of work to 28 Aug 07 instead of 21 Sep .many reasons behind it.. but am happy & glad to..

will hv to look for job soon cos savings cannot last so long... my bkk trip & aust trip coming so need more cash... ha ha

next week will be at bkk... might be meeting sharon there cos she is goin there w standrick while i am goin w my sec school frds... taking tiger airways...hv to reach airport at 5am... so early man

intend to get some small items to decorate the hse cos now looks so plain..& hopefully will not spend so much there

i think due to last yr lunar 7th mth i din complete the praying tats why am having such bad luck this year

to me if there is no trust btw a couple then wats the pt of still be togetner... might as well end it ..

Nvr once in my life my boss go back on his words,, now i hv met 1...
my current boss... he din keep his promise...how should i trust him anymore but anyway i am leave this company soon,, gd luck to the new gal... none of my biz after 19 Sep 07.

The problem is tat months ago he said to me & my collegue tat after sell each house will give us incentive so 1/2 yr gone we still haven hear from him, so on sat noon while goin to site i ask him this " u say tat will give us incentive after sell each hse but till now we have not get anyting yet and think we hv sold abt 10 houses liao" he says " i said its performance bonus & will only gv year end" to me its he twisting his words again lor.... 1 min says "yr end then give then say tat i am leaving so not entitled unless i stay"the other min says " i hv already in mind on tat issue but Chris let me tell u , staffs btr dun go ask the boss on all these $$ issues" wa piang i ask is bcos he din tell us anything & its 1/2 yr gone liao.. anyway i will not wan to argue w him anymore, he is bring up this thing i will just tell him tis " if u wan give then give dun give then 4get abt it, i am not hard up for $$"

From now i will only do wats in my job scope , nothing more nothing less...

finally pass the letter to my boss so confirmed my last day of work on 19 Sep 07.

so now need to wait for new staff to come & train her hope she can master all work bery well..
especially the customer care things...

was wondering whose instruction shall i listen to???? tis happen to me .. i really duno whose instruction shall i follow... 1 say tis the other say tat... the one making the decision did not tell me i need to do tat/// just follow blindly cos am in such low position...

Taking instruction is not easy... but is the instruction or work under my supervision??? Am stuck in a buyer's hse today... the reason is bcos they are afraid tat contractors will spoil they co call high class & expensive imported wardrobe... i am being asked there to see ppl work make sure they did not spoil anything.... wat a job....

am getting informations on my aust trip but problem i hv now is whether to got 3 cities in 14 days or just cover brisbane 1st... then also which package to take ... ... sian man

then i actually ask my frd wan to us in cos more ppl more fun & also can split cos on car rental & accomodation... she will let me know soon

hv call chan brothers to check in the self drive package.. cos only valid till 30sep... call to check if the price still valid if i travel out sin 27 sep and back to sin 6 oct.... heng still ok but flights all full liao...
then now i also duno how liao cos book tkt throught SQ very ex ,, 1 person a abt 1400 ... to brisbane cos there's another package to brisbane land only 598 per head so abt 2k liao ..

although i will only travel in Sep but its gd to plan & book now cos sep aust might be peak period...

meet my frd on sat, she is 5 weeks pregnant.. so i become like a maid cos need to carry her shoppin bags . I hv know her f0r 20yrs liao... long long frd of mine...
so happy for her..
so i tell her , we are childhood frd then our kids must also be like us... be gd frds...
but who knows when am i giving birth ha ha

busy weekend for me...

let me start from fri (gd Fri) then day when jesus Christ die....
its my little niece bday... went back to cck for the party... all the other guests are my SIL's side family members... the whole place like market... hate it
so nosiy but i bo chap la... reach there then i start eating liao.... cos mega hungry.... yum... theres crabs, chicken wings, sandwiches,fried bee hoon cooked by my mum's but lack of curry... if there curry then will be wonderful liao...

we left after cutting cake & a gdbye kiss from Beatrice the bday girl, she is 2 yr old now... so the cute , looks like me when i was young she calls me 小姑小姑胖 du du... ask her to hug simon she like hv to see him for so long then willing to hug.... think shy la

went to Harvey Norman warehse after tat cos wanted to get a new TV cos the old one give way liao.... colour gone...
got a LG LCD 26 inch TV... hee then an iron & a fan...
so now watching TV is my favourite thing to do... wahaha..

sat was a lady day for me... cos woke up 10+ then do some hsework & of course watch my HK series lor... then lunch we had crabs & live prawns again.... yummy so delicious.. tink sure put on weight one...
Its Joey's bday we went to DBL O at Moh Sultan... so long din go party liao...
i reach there at 10.45 sharon welcome me.. ha ha me big shot man..she tot i will put them areoplane cos the other time i din go w them.. sorry gals...

that place not bery crowded.... still prefer Mdm Wong.. but heng the songs they play are retro one... so ok for me...
when i reach the table wanted to give Joey a fright but she know i am behind her....
on the table they ordered 2 jugs of volka but we finish them bery fast cos we play 5/10.. think Joey & Sharon big loser... so lousy

Y cun the frd come directly to us... right..

wa tat 9 i saw the other side of Sharon & Joey...so diff from day time.. ha ha/
guess we had vodka, Barcadi breezer, sex on the beach, tequilla neat & waterfall for the bday girls .. so much right.. no wonder tis Joey so early got drunk & went hm like at 1am...

been feeling bery frusterated & easily get angry over small matter or can say even out of nothing i can be angry.. duno wat happen to me... sigh

pocket a big hole cos mum 60bday tis year so we throw a bday dinner for her inviting her frds all tat to come... 4 siblings each come up w 500 bucks for the dinner & the bal cash we gave to her then she can buy things she likes..
oh get her a DVD player also (old one) cos she say wan watch those HK series which i hv burned
hee but haven pass her all the disc..

meet up w my sec school frd yday.. she is w AIA now so i ask her to invest for me w my CPF $$$ ha ha so now CPF account no more $$$ liao
total i hv 95k of CPF.... took 40K out 3 yrs ago to invest w AIA then in dec last yr took another 15K out to invest in uni trust w HSBC then yday another 40K ... wa see i se rich leh... know why i got so much $$$ cos 3 yrs ago i sell my HDB then get back the $$ one...ha ha
hopefully can hv profit 3 yrs later so can buy HDB soon w/o getting so much loan ...

had drinks w sis last 9 at her place.... wa think standard drop liao.. only 3 cans then both of us like drunk ....

me really need a massage soon.. having stift neck liao...

well on 1 Jan 07, had bbq in sentose w my family members & some frds..but 天不做美, it start to rain when i am starting up the fire.... we hv to use umbrella to cover the fire & do BBQ in the rain.... not bad leh.. good experience... manage to finish all the food...

my mum prepare for me pork chop & froed bee hoon will i prepare chicken wings & other stuffs...

my nephew so funny request for mash mellows weeks ago but ended he din eat, the kids had so much fun & already plan to go sentosa again in mar during school holidays...

back to work on 4jan... day after my bday,,, ya getting older liao.. am 31st tis yr.... but of course many ppl says tat i dun look like 31 lor... kee kee...
